Order Processing
Payment Verification
All orders are processed only after payment has been successfully accepted and verified.
Business Days & Holidays
We process orders Monday to Friday (EST). Orders are not processed on major U.S. postal holidays, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Shipping Carriers
Shipping carriers used include USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services.
Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.
Delivery Time & Shipping Fee
Orders are processed when the payment is accepted. The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide you accurate delivery information. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control.
Typically, orders within the continental United States arrive within Total Delivery Time: 5–11 business days.
Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

Order Tracking
After receiving the email notification, you have received an order confirmation email. After 1–2 days of processing, you will receive a notification about the order tracking (you can check the tracking by going to Order tracking).
Please allow 3–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not available, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Tracking details will become visible once the parcel is scanned.

Shipping Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Customer Responsibility:
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Vonreal is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Incorrect/Undeliverable Address:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee. In some cases, returned orders may be sent back to our shipping partner’s warehouse and could be subject to disposal if not claimed.
Forwarding/Redirection:
If you request your package to be forwarded or redirected after it has shipped, Vonreal is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur.
Special Orders & Customization
Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time depending on complexity. Any significant extensions will be communicated to you by our support team.
Shipping Limitations
We currently do NOT ship to the following:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO addresses
- Any international destinations outside the Continental United States
