All orders are processed only after payment has been successfully accepted and verified.
Business Days & Holidays
We process orders Monday to Friday (EST). Orders are not processed on major U.S. postal holidays, including: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Shipping Carriers
Shipping carriers used include USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services.

Delivery Time & Shipping Fee
Orders are processed when the payment is accepted. The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide you accurate delivery information. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control.
Typically, orders within the continental United States arrive within Total Delivery Time : 5-11 business days.
Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

Order Tracking
After receiving the email notification, you have received an order confirmation email. After 1-2 days of processing, you will receive a notification about the order tracking (you can check the tracking by going to Order tracking
Please allow 3-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not available, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Tracking details will become visible once the parcel is scanned.

Shipping Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
